Instead of shooting F-16's from the tailgate of a C-130, freelance photographer Ed Darack loaded his gear into our wicker basket to shoot some aerial photos here in the Carson Valley. For this project, we installed two specially designed attachment points into our balloon envelope, allowing Ed to suspend his camera 25+ feet away from the basket. For landing, we are able to "reel in" the camera. Of course, Ed didn't do that, electing instead to shoot the landing! Thanks for sharing these photos Ed!!
