Balloon Flight Information
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for people to
truly "escape reality" in privacy.
While shopping for a hot air balloon ride, you'll notice we're different from other balloon ride
operators and don't fly groups.
The maximum
number of guests we will fly in our balloon is three, but usually it's
just two. Why is that? Because we look at ballooning as a
way to "get away
from it all", and getting away (in our opinion) should NOT include 12-24 other strangers?
Don't take this the wrong way. 12-24 strangers in a wicker basket can be a lot of fun (like that
bus ride to El Paso with Henry and his bottle of Ripple), but if you'd like to experience the real beauty of ballooning, we hope you'll consider flying with Balloon
Nevada in your own private basket. If you're going to do something once in your life, do
it right!

It boils down to one thing: Quality over quantity.

- We meet passengers at Lampe Park in Gardnerville.
- Our balloon basket comfortably seats two people without
sacrificing the views!
- Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance
- Complimentary champagne, sparkling cider and other beverages
- Complimentary transportation from landing site to meeting location
- Flights are planned to last one hour, but please allow 3 hours for
the entire experience.
- No children under the age of 7 or under 42 inches tall.
- If you don't show up for your scheduled flight, we will charge your
card 100% of fares.
- There's also a nice cushion seat in our basket that seats two people
comfortably without sacrificing the views.
